In Sweden the easiest way to call is from a mobile phone (cell phone).
Pay phones
Pay phones are becoming more and more rare in Sweden as most people use mobile/cell phones. There are pay phones in Tybble and Brickebacken. You will also find one at the University, just beside the Studentcentrum. You can use coins, purchase a phone card, for example in any kiosk or in a grocery store or your can use your credit card.
Internet
In many apartments there are internet connections. It might be good to bring a twisted cable to connect to Internet. At the University there is a wireless connection on campus.
Post Office
Service points for both letter and parcel services are located in shops and petrol stations. The services of Posten (the post office) are available at the same times as the shops are open.
