Students, staff and visitors may come to Info Centre in Långhuset on Campus Örebro to ask any question they might have. We can help students with questions about the university, about registration, ORU account, the university card, proof of studies, etc.
We can help staff with questions regarding keys and key cards, accesses and telephony. For staff, there is more information on Inforum.
Reduced opening hours during the summer of 2026
Information desk in Långhuset:
- 1–5 June: Regular opening hours (see below)
- 8–12 June: Open 08.00–12.00
- 15–18 June: Open 08.00–12.00
- 19 June–14 August: Closed
- 17–21 August: Open 08.00–12.00
- From 24 August: Regular opening hours (see below).

- 10 June: Open 08.00–12.00. Closed in the afternoon
