Deficiencies in teaching, disputes, conflicts or cooperation difficulties
Should you as a student feel that there are urgent deficiencies in current teaching or on the programme as a whole, or if disputes, conflicts or cooperation difficulties arise within student groups or between students and teachers, you should as a first step turn to your teacher/course coordinator, alternatively the director of division responsible for the course/programme in question, for a dialogue on the problems that have arisen.
If you feel that the situation cannot be solved in consultation with the teacher/course coordinator, or if such consultation does not change matters, you can turn to the head of department, describing the situation in writing, or if you prefer, requesting a meeting. The matter will then be handled in accordance with special procedures:
