Arrival Days

Örebro University has the prospective to take good care of you when you arrive in Örebro. Therefore we have specific arrival days when the International Office in corporation with ESN Örebro welcomes you at the University. You will be able to pick up your keys to your accommodation, get a lift if you have off-campus accommodation and get your questions answered.

We strongly recommend you to come during the official Arrival Days.

Arrival Days Autumn 2013

The official Arrival Days takes place on Thursday 22 August and Friday 23 August. You have access to your room from Monday 19 August. When you arrive in Örebro you need to go to the University by yourself.

• During the Official Arrival Days you can collect the keys between 11:00 - 22:00.

• During the Arrival Days ESN will drive you from the University if you have off-campus housing.

Arriving before Monday 19 August?

If you arrive before Monday 19 August or at another time than the opening hours, you have to arrange temporary housing.

Why come during the official Arrival days?

  • The Office hours are extended, which makes it easier to collect your keys and get direct access to your accomodation.

  • You will get a lift from the University to your accommodation.

  • At the ESN Camp you will meet the studentcoordinator, the boardmembers and students, who will help you to your room and answer all the questions you might have.

  • ESN sell second-hand stuff that exchange students from previous semester, has left behind. Here you can find usful things for your room.
