Course Changes

If you want to drop-out from, change or add a course after arriving to the university, this is how it is done.

  • Go to the School Office / Expedition that is responsible for the course you want to take. Talk to the Study Guidance Counsellor to make sure you meet the prerequisities and that the course is not full.

  • If everything is ok, the Study Guidance Counsellor notifies the International Coordinator.
  • If you switch one course for another, you have to notify the Student Administration at the responsible Expedition about the course you droped-out from.
  • Make the changes in your Learning Agreement. Get it signed by the Study Guidance Counsellor before you go to the International Office to get the signature from the Institutional Coordinator which you find at the International Office.
