Center for Criminology Research is a multidisciplinary research environment. The overall aim and objective is to contribute to criminological knowledge with new and relevant work experience.

Our basic research focuses on crime causes and risk factors, and research on different cultures in prison environments.
The applied research focuses on development and evaluation of assessment instruments and crime prevention programs.
Our research and education is multidisciplinary and we use both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
