Centre for Empirical Research on Organizational Control (CEROC)

The overall goal for CEROC is to expand our knowledge of the organizational, social, ethical and economic aspects of organizational control practices. Within this overall goal, fellows of the research centre work on a number of topics clustered around issues of use, consequences and change of:

  • Administrative controls, with a particular focus on accounting-based systems and practices.
  • Socio-ideological controls such as ethical codes of conduct, and organizational and professional identities.
