Towards technology-supported workplace based learning: needs analysis and design

The overall aim is to facilitate workplace-based learning (WL) for students.  Our objectives are to perform a needs analysis mapping challenges in WL from different actors' perspectives and design a collaboration model that corresponds to identified challenges. Possible opportunities to improve student preparation for WL will be identified and innovative technology will be used to address identified needs.
