To allow common longitudinal measurement and monitoring of the associations for financial coordination of interorganizational cooperation in rehabilitation and return-to-work, in autumn 2012 a project was launched to develop properties and areas that characterize good cooperation.
A total of 26 pieces of data points representing fifteen (15) core indicators were developed in 2014.
The core indicators and their measurement points reflects the properties that good financial coordination should include, and among these, ten process indicators capture how well the implementation of the action takes place and five impact indicators by which the results. Four levels were covered; society, organization, staff and participants.
The use of core indicators provides the basis for coordinating associations to assess their own organizational development over time, enable comparisons between unions, as well as provide federal and constituent parties support to improve financial coordination of rehabilitation efforts.
