Collaboration between psychiatry in Stockholm and four neighborhood boards in the city of Stockholm on Coordinated Individual Plan

In 2013 and2014, staff at a number ofneighborhoodsin thecity of Stockholmandpsychiatry inStockholmundergone trainingin the work ofCoordinatedIndividualPlan. The project study theinteractionchangedduring the training. Three measurementsof the interactionwere carried out: before trainingdays, between them and on completion of training.
