Comorbidity, mortality and disease progression/severity in multiple sclerosis

Montgomery is leading projects on multiple sclerosis (MS) outcomes at the Clinical Epidemiology Unit, Karolinska Institutet. These longitudinal studies involve large-scale data linkage to map patterns of comorbidity and mortality following a diagnosis of MS. Other components of the work at Karolinska Institutet includes examining genetic influences and gene-environment  interactions relevant to severity and progression of MS.
