About this project
Postural stability and walking is often affected after a stroke, and the focus of examination and treatment. It is important that valid and reliable measures are used.
One test for measuring balance during walking is the Six-spot-step test that has been validated for people with multiple sclerosis. In the test the participant walks 5 meters while kicking six wooden boxes using one foot at the time. In this study concurrent validity and test-retest reliability will be investigated. Data collection is on-going.
