Interprofessional support for parents and children in the context of conflict or separation

Foundation for Children's Welfare is conducting a project with cross-professional support to parents and children in relation to parents´ conflict or separation, in the form of collaboration team. The goal is to form of cross-professional and enterprise-wide collaboration and coordination in five municipalities in order to offer parents and children support. The goal should be as far as possible to focus on early intervention to reduce the harmful effects of parental conflict can have on children and help children getting a secure relationship with their parents. The children's participation needs to be strengthened and developed in accordance with CRC articles that all children have the right to be heard, to be listened to and be involved in decisions that affect them.
