Insomnia is a very frequent problem in its own right or as accompanying another health problem. Although psychologically oriented treatments are recommended, they are not always available in primary care. Consequently, this project focuses on providing a short, group treatment for patients with insomnia that is administered by students in the clinical psychology program. We are evaluating the results in a controlled fashion and will also benchmark the results with usual effect sizes reported in the literature.
