The aim of this research is to evaluate the outcomes of phonetic speech recognition and monitored home-training in preschool children with developmental language disorder (DLD). The objective is to test the hypothesis that intervention for these children is optimized through a digitalized speech-training tool. The long term goal is to improve clinical speech language pathologists’ (SLPs) care and evidence-based practice for children with DLD.
