Welcome Saga Lövblad
Saga Lövblad has recently joined PAN Sweden as a PhD student.
Originally from Gävle, Saga now lives in Stockholm. She previously studied at KTH and recently began her PhD in Food Science at SLU.
Her research focuses on plant-based proteins from Swedish crops and how different processing methods affect their structure and nutritional value.
“I am very much looking forward to my time at SLU and to collaborating with PAN Sweden,” says Saga.
