Registration for SWEG2023

The registration fee includes all conference days and is the same regardless of the number of days you participate.

In the case of cancellation before 25 January, the registration fee will be refunded. After 25 January, your registration is binding and non-refundable upon cancellation. 

If you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your reservation to a colleague free of charge. In this case, your invoice is not credited. Please notify us of the name change via email to before the start of the conference.

Invoice terms to Swedish state universities/authorities and organizations

We do not send invoice to other than participants from Swedish state universities/authorities and organizations.

Participants from a state university/authority are not invoiced for VAT on the registration fee.

Credit card

If the fee will be paid by an organisation outside Sweden or a private person, credit card or bank transfer is accepted.

VISA or Mastercard is accepted. The registration fee includes 25% Swedish VAT.

You will receive a separate receipt to your email when payment by credit card is done.

When you select bank transfer as payment method for SWEG2023 you will get this information below in your confirmation.

The conference fee shall be paid in Swedish crowns. 
Please use a currency converter or ask your bank for help to calculate the amount.
Bank transfer no later than 31 January.
