Virtual Reality (VR) – Within the Restaurant- and Hotel Business and the area of Hospitality there are great needs and interests for VR-research. We are discussing the possibility to create the first Virtual Reality Pop-Up restaurant with the aim of conducting state-of-the-art research. Initial ideas and discussions with tech companies, chefs and restauranteurs and other researchers.
