Open seminar - Omics in research

iRiSC and the Functional Bioinformatics group welcomes you to a half-day seminar of Omics in research the 13th of June 2018 12.00-16.00 in Hörsal C1 at Campus USÖ, Örebro University.

Wednesday the 13th of June 2018 in Hörsal C1 at Campus USÖ

iRiSC and the Functional Bioinformatics group is planning for another public seminar day with the focus on omics and multiomics analysis in research. This time around we will focus on the system biology approach to multiomics data integration using system biology modelling, i.e. methods that describes biological systems on the basis of its components and the functional connections that direct their actions.

We will also have representatives from QIAGEN Bioinformatics to present the “Ingenuity Pathway Analysis” (IPA) online analysis suit that MV have licenses for and how this online service can help us all to understand our omics results at a deeper level.(https://www.qiagenbioinformatics.com/products/ingenuity-pathway-analysis/)

The seminar is open and free of charge, a light lunch is served for those that have registered. Please register your attendance not later than Friday the 8th of June.

Welcome!
