Forskningsområde

Psykologiska effekter och upplevelser av mind-body metoder som qigong, dans och mindfulness  samt äldres upplevelser av fysisk aktiviet.  

Undervisnng

Undervisar och handleder studenter främst inom området idrott och motionspsykologi på Tränarprogrammet, Idrottslärarprogrammet, Sport Management samt fristående kurser. Motions- och hälsopsykologi, beteendeförändring, motiverande samtal, kroppsuppfattning, dans, qigong med mera.
