Get the tips and tools you need to succeed in your studies at the Lyktan Study Support Centre’s drop-in sessions via Zoom.

“A visit to the Lyktan Study Support Centre is an easy way of getting help, for example when you’re writing your thesis,” says Åsa Arvidsson, librarian at Örebro University Library.

Start by looking at the research guides on the Library’s webpage, which will help you to find sources appropriate to your subject area, as well as our guide to academic writing that can support you throughout the writing process.

If you cannot find answers to your questions, you are welcome to visit the Lyktan Study Support Centre’s drop-in sessions via Zoom. You may recognise the librarians and writing instructors who are available several times a week to give individual assistance.

“You can be at home or anywhere else, alone or with a classmate, and receive answers to your questions without making an appointment. And you can visit the drop-in more than once if you need to,” says Åsa Arvidsson.

If you later need longer or more specific support, you can book a tutoring session with the University Library’s librarians and writing instructors.
