Student ESG controller – Instabee (Stockholm)
This role is a fantastic sustainability career starter: a student position within Instabee’s Global Sustainability Team in Stockholm. You will gain hands-on experience across reporting, compliance, and data analysis, while also supporting the company’s strategic sustainability agenda. Role and responsibilities
You will have a versatile role, supporting the sustainability team as a whole and the Senior Sustainability Controller in particular. In addition to day-to-day tasks, you will have the opportunity to work with the team on:
Sustainability reporting – collecting and analysing data, drafting texts and coordinating content
Carbon accounting – contributing to our calculations and delivering customer reports to merchants together with the commercial team
Quarterly sustainability updates – preparing and coordinating updates to all Instabee markets
Human rights due diligence – supporting assessments that ensure safe and fair operations
Regulatory research – mapping upcoming laws and regulations and analysing their impact on Instabee’s operations

You will be an integrated part of the Global Sustainability Team and are expected to work onsite in Stockholm an average of 2 days per week – with flexibility to accommodate your life as a student. Qualifications and merits

Required qualifications:
- Current university-level studies in a relevant field, such as sustainability, environmental science, engineering, industrial economics, business or finance
- Strong analytical skills and experience in collecting, compiling and analysing quantitative data (e.g. in Excel or similar tools)
- An interest in pursuing a career within sustainability as a controller, consultant or similar
- Working proficiency in English
Other merits:
- Understanding of climate emissions, preferably through the GHG-protocol
- Experience and understanding of the transport and logistics sector

Scope: Part-time, approximately 2 days per week, with onboarding in January (as agreed)
