A sustainable acting involves the food we are eating. The understanding of drivers for a sustainable consumption is a widespread and multidisciplinary research area where gastronomy and Culinary Arts are obvious actors.
At the seminar we would like to present ongoing research projects as well as presenting new colleagues at our department, Professor Jonatan Leer and post doctor Iuri Baptista.
