Abstract
Most of you at AASS/MPI are very fluent in creating human-robot/-ai interactions. Careful planning and development result in well-thought-through interactions - until you introduce the human into the equation. As a new addition to the team, let me introduce myself and prior work, and give a brief overview of human factors research and cognitive ergonomics, what it is all about, and how it can contribute to designing safe and positive experiences in a variety of settings.
