Renewals
If borrowed items have not been reserved, these loans are automatically renewed for another period when the current loan expires (this does not apply to course reference books). No automatic renewal takes place if the maximum loan period has been reached, if your card has been blocked for loans, or if your account has expired. If automatic renewal is impossible, a reminder of the due date is sent out by email as an extra service. It is your responsibility to keep track of the due date.
