How to remediate access issues to articles on the Taylor & Francis platform

If you are not able to access an article as expected, it may be due to faulty information having been stored in your web browser.

A technical issue on the server side has been resolved, but faulty information stored in the browser may still cause access problems.

If you are not granted access to an article on Taylor & Francis that the University does have access to according to information in the Library’s search service Primo, please clear your browser's cookies, history och cache. Instructions are available here. Then restart your browser and try again.

If you are still experiencing access issues, you may report the problem from the article record in the Library’s search service Primo. Alternatively, please submit a case through this form.
