Lyktan Study Support Centre Online offers support to students, whether you need to search different databases, write an academic text in Swedish or need assistance with mathematical calculations.

You have around 15 minutes with a tutor, so please use your time effectively. Select a specific aspect you need assistance with and formulate a concrete question to ask the tutor.

To participate in the online drop-in, click on the appropriate Zoom link below during our opening hours. Lyktan Study Support Centre is currently closed for the summer. The Zoom rooms will open again in the autumn, starting on September 1st.

For academic writing in English, please book a tutoring session here.

When you click on the Zoom link, you will arrive in an online waiting room. The tutor will move you to the main room as soon as it is your turn.

Only you and the tutor are in the room during the drop-in session. No one else will be able to see or hear your conversation, or listen to the questions you ask. You and the tutor can share your screens with each other.

Save time

You can always turn to us during your studies at the University, regardless of subject or level of studies. Your work does not have to be completed either. On the contrary, consider that a few valuable tips on a draft could save you hours of work.

Helping you help yourself

We help you help yourself. We review what it is that you have questions about, helping you by illustrating, for instance, how your text may be improved and provide you with the tools you need to continue your work.
