Geodata Extraction Tool (GET)
Geodata from Sweden, provided by Lantmäteriet, Statistics Sweden (SCB), the Swedish Maritime Administration, and the Geological Survey of Sweden.
Students and staff are allowed to publish geodata from GET together with their own information in theses and in scientific publications.
Source attribution and copyright
When you download geodata and use it as background images, or when parts of datasets are included in a new image published in theses, reports, or articles, you must always state the origin of the geodata. This is done by naming the authority that produces and provides the information.
If copyright is claimed by the data provider, you must also indicate this using the symbol © and the name of the relevant authority, for example: © SCB.
The source reference should be structured as follows:
- Data source/map product © Authority
- Example: GSD-Fastighetskartan, raster © Lantmäteriet
If data from multiple sources are combined into a composite map, all sources must be listed.
