About Daniel Wallsten

Daniel Wallsten currently serves as a research assistant in the IACTforDGBI project at Örebros universtet. He is also a Ph.D. student at Karlstad University (KAU) and a certified psychologist. Daniel's doctoral research focuses on novel psychological treatment approaches for heterogeneous psychological distress and comorbid psychiatric disorders. 

Daniel's primary teoretical interest lies in the Contextual Behavioral Sciences and Relational Frame Theory, which also informs his other research endeavors in an an ongoing project at KAU focused on influencing the sense of self through virtual reality technology.
