Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Join us in actively participating in the 2024 Research Day hosted by the Faculty of Medicine and Health. We welcome your submission of an abstract representing your research group. The aim is to outline the background, vision, mission, collaborations, and impact of your research collective. Please note that the abstract should not focus on individual research projects. We look forward to your contribution.

To submit your abstract, kindly register using the link provided below. Instructions for utilizing the template tool can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

Please submit your abstract before 21 May.

Poster Presentation

Accepted abstracts will be granted the opportunity to present their research group via a poster presentation. Each research group may submit one abstract. All  posters will be digitally showcased on our website and featured in a poster exhibition situated outside the venue at X-huset.

Please ensure that your posters are saved in PDF format, preferably in a standing/portrait layout. Utilizing the template available in the template tool is encouraged. However, if you already possess a printed poster, you may use that as well.

Oral Presentation

A select number of abstracts will be chosen for oral presentations. Those selected to present orally will be contacted in the end of May.

Thank you for your interest and participation. We look forward to your contributions to the 2024 Research Day hosted by the Faculty of Medicine and Health!
