Helen Stockhult

About Helen Stockhult

Helen Stockhult is a senior lecturer in business administration at the School of Business, Economics and Law at Örebro University and has been appointed excellent teacher since 2021. During 2018-2021, she was a senior lecturer in business administration with a focus on higher education pedagogy, an employment linked to The Centre for Academic Development at Örebro University. Her research is related to several pedagogical projects as well as organizations and leadership and she teaches mainly in the areas of organizations and leadership at all levels.

Helen holds a faculty assignment in 2024-2026 to describe, analyse and develop knowledge and experiences about students' attendance in teaching.

In 2024, a collaboration was developed with researchers at Mälardalen University on AI and careers. So far, a survey has been conducted at six national higher education programmes for medical secretaries and the results will be published in an upcoming anthology. 

During 2022-2024, Helen was one of two coordinators at Örebro University in the international collaboration project 'Supporting academics to become International Educators through Professional Learning Communities', in which a total of 7 universities participated. https://www.thuas.com/research/centre-expertise/supporting-academics-become-international-educators-through-professional-learning-communities

In addition to this, a number of pedagogical development projects are ongoing:

1.               Collaboration and professional learning networks

2.               The international classroom and inclusive education.
