About Lena Uvhagen
Lena Uvhagen has her educational background in public health and is currently a doctoral student at the University Health Care Research Center, Region Örebro County.
Lena's research focuses on different aspects of adolescent mental health. The thesis work focuses on mental well-being in young people: level, change over time and distribution between different groups, and how it can be promoted. The thesis includes description and evaluation of the intervention SIM - Solution focused intervention for mental health.
Previously, Lena has worked as a project manager and development manager in public health issues and education issues within Regional Development, and as strategic support and organisational development support within municipal social services.
