New drop-in COVID-19 vaccination on campus in May

A man gets vaccinated.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays during the first two weeks of May, Region Örebro County will open a temporary vaccination on the main campus at Örebro University. Drop-in COVID-19 vaccination will take place at Campus Health Centre in Långhuset.

Finding the temporary vaccination centre

Campus Health Centre is located in the part of Långhuset that faces Gymnastikhuset (G) and the Library.

If you want a detailed map, download the Mazemap app to your phone and enter ‘Örebro universitet’ and  ‘Campus Health Centre’.

Healthcare staff from Region Örebro County will be onsite to administer the COVID-19 vaccine between 10–16 on the 3rd, 5th, 10th, and 12th May. No appointment is necessary.

Students, staff, and the general public as well as anyone from outside our region including non-Swedish students and staff– are all welcome to get their first, second, third or fourth jab. Vaccination is free of charge.

Before getting the jab, you need to complete a health declaration form and provide proof of ID. Naturally, it is also important that you are not ill or have any symptoms which may indicate COVID-19.

Students and staff unable to get a jab on one of these days are referred to Region Örebro County’s regular vaccination centres. More about these here.
