PAN Sweden - Steering Board meeting

Welcome to the first PAN Sweden steering committee meeting of 2026.
The steering committee meeting includes all partners within PAN Sweden. During the meeting, matters related to research and knowledge transfer will be presented and discussed, as well as strategies related to personnel, infrastructure, and budget.

09:30 – Coffee on arrival
10:00 – Introduction by the Director of PAN Sweden
10:15 – Reporting of results from WP1–5 based on deliverables, followed by questions and discussion
12:00 – Lunch
13:15 – Discussion on how we, within the remaining years of Formas funding, jointly wish to further develop PAN Sweden strategically to meet future challenges
13:45 – Discussion on how we can collaborate with other Formas centers, with a particular focus on newly established preparedness centers
14:00 – Discussion on how to include new partners to meet future needs
14:15 – Coffee break
14:45 – Presentation of proposals for outward-facing activities, including valorisation of our generated knowledge and expertise
15:15 – Discussion on how we respond to recurring Formas calls for proposals
15:35 – Other matters
15:50 – Decision on time and location for the autumn steering committee meeting
16:00 – Meeting closes
The current steering committee meeting will be held at RISE in Gothenburg from 10:00 to 16:00.
