X-HiDE welcomes students from Poznan University of Medical Sciences

Every year, X-HiDE welcomes students from Poznan University of Medical Sciences who do placements via ERASMUS+ Student Mobility for Traineeships to gain experience in research.
This year, the student reception and research experience was carried out together with research groups from the Cardiovascular Research Centre (CVRC). The placement involves two intensive months for the students where they get to be part of various research projects and learn experimental design, execution of experiments and generation of data using a range of different methods. The students' visits are a welcome feature of the lab and they help to get the semesters off to a flying start and are a central element of X-HiDE's vision of working translational, international and contributing to the education of the next generation of researchers.
