Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in organizations
About this project
This project starts out from a critique of the extant OCB literature which is dominated by cross-sectional type of research. It is argued that in order to more fully understand how norms of OCB "go to work" in organizations, we need to study them in the context in which they are situated. Overall, the study indicates that the nature of and interplay between different OCB norms is more complex than is typically argued in the existing literature.
