Publishing books with open access - is it possible?
The University Library has made a new web page with information about the available opportunities on how to publish books with Open Access.
- It is possible to find publishers that offer open access publishing, and it may also be possible to publish the finished text in the university’s publication database DiVA, says Ann Emilsson, librarian.
Further progress is being made in line with funders’ requirements that all research should be openly available. It is important that the research published in a book has the same opportunity for potential reach as the research published in an article.
