About Anette Granberg
Anette Granberg is a licensed dance educator and works as a Development Leader in Culture and Health at Region Örebro County. She holds a PhD in Medical Science with a specialization in Health and Care Sciences, with the dissertation titled “Implementation within disability healthcare – Exploring context and organizational readiness.”
Her research focuses on how new methods and interventions can be introduced and embedded within the disability sector. She examines, in particular, the organizational and contextual factors that influence implementation—such as collaboration between different professional groups, managerial support, resource allocation, and how receiving organizations understand and interpret change.
Through her work, Anette aims to promote that interventions developed for people with disabilities are successfully translated into practice. Her research provides important knowledge about what facilitates or hinders implementation in complex service systems, and how to create better conditions for new methods and interventions to become sustainable in the long term.
