Since mid-October Anna Hellertz is acting head of unit for Criminology and since the spring of 2023 Anna is a member of the Committee for Education on bachelor's and master's level within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HS).

Between May 2016 and June 2023 Anna was the head of Department for Criminology at Örebro University. And between Spring 2015 and Spring 2016 she was the Programme Director for what was then a new Bachelor's Programme in Criminology, The Criminology Programme. Between Autumn 2014 and Spring 2015 Anna was the Vice Chairperson and secretary for the Educational Board in Criminology.

Anna is a university adjunct with a bachelor's exam in Criminology, a one year master's Degree in Psychology as well as in English.

 

Teaching

Anna's teaching is primarily on Semester 2, Semester 3, and Semester 5 within the Criminology programme. And her focus is partnership in crime preventive and safety promotive interventions in society and integrated theory and research on the causes of crime.

Anna is course responsible for the courses Crime Prevention and Safety Promotion Interventions in Society, Work Placement for Criminology Students and Criminology II, as well as, responsible for the module Integrated Theory and Research on the Causes of Crime, within Criminology II.
