About Emma Rönngren
Emma Rönngren is a senior lecturer in strategic communication at Örebro University and an affiliated researcher at the Institute for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Uppsala University. Her research explores strategic narratives, affect, and media practices in the Baltic Sea region, with a focus on Russian-speaking minorities and societal resilience in times of geopolitical tension, especially in post-Soviet contexts. Emma serves as Student and Early Career Representative for the ICA Public Diplomacy division.
