About Linnea Urberg
PhD Education.
Research
In Linneas research, she combines didactics with perspectives from sociology and cultural studies to explore education and environmental and sustainability education. Her research primarily examines young people’s resistance to sustainable development and didactic implications for Education for Sustainable Development. Linneas research is grounded in ethnographic methodology, qualitative interviews, classroom observations, and online studies.
Linnea is also a member of the research group ESERGO (Environmental and Sustainability Education Research Group Örebro).
Teaching
Linnea has been teaching on the university’s teacher education programmes since 2020, mainly in the educational science courses on educational history, social relations, educational leadership and assessment.
