About Malin Tinjan
Malin Tinjan works as a Digitalisation Development Officer and is also a doctoral researcher focusing on digitalisation in the public sector.
In her role as a Digitalisation Development Officer, Malin coordinates strategic digitalisation efforts and helps create organisational conditions that enable students, researchers, partners, and staff to realise the benefits of digital technologies. She works at the interface between organisational operations and IT, acting as a coordinator and catalyst for organisational development supported by digital technologies.
Her work includes developing and implementing governance documents, models, and tools for digitalisation; leading change initiatives in multi-stakeholder settings; supporting the development of digital competence; and contributing to benefit realisation and evaluation.
Malin is an industrial PhD student at the University of Gothenburg and the Research School of Digital Governance. Her research examines how public sector organisations organise, govern, and enact digitalisation, with particular attention to leadership, change processes, and everyday practices.
