About Micael Waldenborg

Micael Waldenborg is a biomedical scientist with a specialization towards Clinical Physiology (Örebro University, 2006) and PhD in medical science (Örebro University, 2014). He is employed at the Department of Clinical Physiology at the University Hospital in Örebro (Örebro County Council), where he since 2015 has a combined service that includes both clinical work (mainly echocardiography) and serve as the clinic's research coordinator.


Micaels own research interest is (and has been) mainly focused on echocardiography; both in terms of clinical application and development of potential new methods within this field. This interest also includes tutorials, as well as partial service versus Örebro University (ie teaching).
