About Simon Lindberg
Simon Lindberg has been a doctoral student in the Swedish language since December 2024. He is part of Beredskapshistoriska nätverket as well as the research network Communication and Media in Crisis and War, which is affiliated with Campus Totalförsvar.
Simon’s research interests revolve around crisis preparedness, discourse history, critical discourse analysis, and crisis communication. In his dissertation project, he investigates discourses on Swedish crisis preparedness and how these have been shaped and transformed during the period 1950–2025.
