Evidence based nursing ? how do we get there?

This project focus on understanding of evidence-based nursing and the relation between a creative working climate, leadership together with nurses self rated research utilization and the effect those factors have on the nursing care given. An intervention has been carried out, with intention to deliver helpful tools, useful to first line nurse managers when trying to organize the nursing evidence-based. Together with a reflective approach this can be a way to act supportive to nurses concerning evidence-based nursing.
