Reimbursement limits
Within Europe: 650 Euro
Outside Europe: 1000 Euro
Workshop participants who present a paper can apply for reimbursement for travel and accommodation costs. In case you have own funds that can be used to finance your travel and accommodation, we appreciate if you use these since the workshop has limited funds.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that full amount will be reimbursed.
We kindly ask you to attach the following documents together with the signed reimbursement form to :
- scanned copy of passport (for non-Swedish bank accounts)
- receipts of your expenses
