Örebro best in Sweden for citations
When Times Higher Education publishes its ranking in 2023, there are now statistics per subject. In the subject Clinical and Health, Örebro University is the best in Sweden in terms of citations, followed by Gothenburg University, Karolinska Institute, Umeå University, Lund University, Uppsala University, Jönköping University and Linköping University in that order. We have climbed from the previous year where the University of Gothenburg was ahead of us. In the calculation, the size of the universities is considered.
Regarding the overall ranking within the subject Clinical and Health, Örebro University is in the range of 301-400 in the world, in the same range as Umeå University and better than Linköping University and Jönköping University. In total for all subjects, we are in the range 401-500 and in terms of citations we are in third place, after Karolinska Institute and the University of Gothenburg.
