A systemic review and meta-analysis on reversal therapy in relation to clinical outcomes in oral anticoagulant-associated acute intracranial hemorrhages
About this project
Project information
Oral anticoagulant-associated intracranial hemorrhages are associated with high risks of poor outcome. Acute bleedning management is somewhat controversial leading back to inconsistent evidence for hemostatic reversal therapies. These drugs are nonetheless greatly utilized as there is a strong biochemical argument for their efficacy. We want to synthesize data on reversal therapy in relation to all relevant intracranial bleeding types in order to delineate effects on mortality and functional outcome.
