Artificial intelligence (AI) for sustainable prevention of autoimmunity in the population is a Vinnova-funded collaboration between Region Örebro län, Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Lund University, the National Diabetes Register, Mainly AI, Leading Health Care, and Diamyd. The aim is to develop AI models for risk prediction, screening, and follow-up of individuals who are in the process of developing type 1 diabetes or other autoimmune diseases.
