Note! Tax (VAT) 25% will be added to all fees except for:

• participants from Swedish state universities and Swedish authorities
• foreign organizations/companies with VAT-nr or other certification

• Lunches according to the programme
• Coffee and refreshments
• Conference dinner

Terms of cancellation

All cancellations must be sent to . For written cancellations received before June 17, 2019, full refund will be paid. For written cancellations received between June 18 and August 12, 2019 the cancellation fee is 520 SEK. After August 12 no refund will be paid.

If the participant have no possibility to attend the conference, it is possible to transfer the space to a colleague. Please contact .
